"Sizes were missing again"
I went to grab the one I wanted, but the sizes were missing again, again. And on top of that, the color I actually wanted was sold out. Disappointing

"I did end up finding the shoes..."
I did end up finding the shoes I wanted, but the whole browsing thing felt a little annoying. The filters kept resetting on me, and some pages took sooo long to load. Checkout was fine though, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just feels like it could be a lot smoother.

"Showed up right when expected"
I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes and expected the delivery to be a little late like it sometimes is with online orders, but it came exactly when they said it would. The tracking updates were easy to follow, and the box arrived in good condition with no issues. I needed them before the weekend, so I was relieved. I’d definitely order from the site again

"Yeah, they’re actually really good"
I bought a pair from newbalance.com, i didn’t expect to be this impressed. They feel really solid, the stitching looks clean, and the soles are comfortable enough for everyday wear. I’ve had them for a few weeks now and they still look pretty much new, so I guess I have to admit they’re good shoes...

"Holding up well, even if I felt a bit ignored"
I've been using it every day for months now and it's still in great shape with no rips or loose parts. I did feel kind of ignored when I reached out with a question, which was frustrating, but the product itself has held up really well.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I don’t remember the exact day I ordered them, but I do remember being surprised they got here so fast. It was only a few days, and the tracking seemed to update like it should. The box looked a little rough when it arrived, which I’m choosing to half-forget since the shoes themselves were totally fine. Took off one star for the beat-up packaging, but overall I was happy.

Placing the order was easy, no real issues there. The delivery did take a little longer than I expected, but it’s not even about that as much as just wanting a clearer idea of when it would actually arrive

"Really like how they look"
These shoes literally look so clean, and I really like the colors. The only thing is I wish some of the styles weren’t quite so chunky.

"Good shoes, but a little pricey"
so I like the shoes overall, they’re comfortable and seem solid. I do think the price feels a bit high though, so I’d probably wait for a sale to feel like I’m getting a better deal.

"I got these for my daily walks..."
I got these for my daily walks, they were comfy right out of the box. Wore them all day and didn’t deal with any rubbing or sore feet, which was a nice surprise. They fit true to size for me too, so I’m really happy with it.

"Everything showed up right"
My New Balance order came just how I placed it, at least from what I could tell. The size and color were right, and the shoes matched the confirmation email, so no weird surprises there.
It’s a small thing, but I appreciated it since I’ve had other orders go sideways before. Packaging seemed fine too. I’d probably order again

"Sizing was pretty much right"
well... I ordered my usual New Balance size and the fit was pretty much what I expected. I’ve got slightly wide feet, so I was a little unsure at first, but after wearing them around the house they didn’t feel tight or uncomfortable.
The only reason I’d knock off a star is that the toe area felt a tiny bit stiff when I first put them on. After a couple of walks, though, it loosened up and felt better. Overall, the sizing seems accurate and I’d order the same size again.
